Shipping:

COSTS & DUTIES
National and international shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart during the payment process. We deliver via trackable DHL Warenpost (national) and Parcel (national & international), depending on the amount ordered. We offer free shipping within Germany for purchases over 100€.

For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties and taxes as well as costs for money transfers through banks (e.g. bank transfer or exchange rate fees) may apply. The buyer bears these possible additional charges. If you have any further information or questions, please contact your responsible bank or customs office. If you cannot find your desired destination country in our drop-down menu, please send us a request to hello@liebae.com and we will try to make an individual delivery possible.

DELIVERY
Check your delivery address carefully, as rotated numbers, typing errors and incomplete address details are common causes of delivery problems.
Delivery times for shipped orders depend on your location and the regional logistics partners available there.
Shipments to some destinations may require a signature as proof of delivery.

HANDLING
All orders are hand-packed by us personally and dispatched from the Munich location.
Our goal is to pack and dispatched 100% paid orders within 3 working days of receipt of the order.
We do not process any orders on weekends or local public holidays.

Return Policy:

Products can be returned within 14 days upon receipt . The goods must be perfect and undamaged in their original condition, including the hang tags, labels and packaging. When returning a product, please always first register your return by sending an email to hello@liebae.com, including your order number and the product reference you wish to return. Afterwards, you will receive the return number via email, which should be added to your parcel. At this point, we would like to point out that we do not accept duty-unpaid returns from outside the EU and will automatically return them to the sender. The return shipment is always at your own expense, please always use the following return address for this purpose:

We would like to ask you to handle the products responsibly and to send them back to us carefully and considerately in the event of a return. If the goods show stains or other damage when you return them, we unfortunately cannot take them back and have to send them back to you.

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method upon successful return.

Since we review each return individually, please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund.

 

Duties:

Please note that all duties, taxes and non-standard shipping fees are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

 

Undeliverable packages:

If the package is undeliverable or refused, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Delivery Inspection:

We ask you to carefully inspect the package before signing for it and notify the local DHL office and our customer service if the package appears to be tampered with or not intact.

 

Defects & Missing Items

If, despite our high quality control and standards, an item is missing or a minor defect occurs, please contact us at hello@liebae.com within 48 hours. Please send us pictures of the item and the defects so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
